He was brought to the head of the institution at the end of his 4<sup>e<\/sup> ordinary session. The work was held on Monday, December 20, 2021 at the Hilton Hotel in Yaound\u00e9, under the chairmanship of Minader. The ministers of the eleven member countries (Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, C\u00f4te d'Ivoire, Ghana, Guinea Bissau, Guinea, Senegal, Togo, Nigeria and Mali) approved the 2022 action plan, as well as the established operating budget to nearly 667 billion CFA francs. In addition, Mozambique becomes the 12<sup>e<\/sup> member country and Cambodia as an observer member for a period of two years.<\/p>\n<p>As the representative of the Ivorian minister in charge of agriculture pointed out, Africa provides 70% of the world's cashew nut production rate, but only processes 5%.
